The Sofia Urban Mobility Center (SUMC) is responsible for financing, construction, operation and maintenance of the parking lots, garages and short-term parking zones in Sofia. Among other activities of SUMC are the development of plans and analysis for urban mobility management and implementation, and the operation of intelligent transport systems. 

Relevant skills, experiences, and main tasks 

• Understanding of the municipal mobility schemes, including public transport, parking, cycling and walking; 

• Experience in implementation of EU funded projects 

• Understanding of the up-to-date tendencies and technologies for urban mobility 

• Participation in the preparation of strategic documents related to the sustainable urban mobility in the city
